法国 OLMIX 公司，由 Herve BALUSSON 先生正式成立于 1995 年。公司坐落于法国畜牧业集中的 布列塔尼地区 Morbihan省。 自成立之初的家庭式民营企业今的跨业， OLMIX 在经历了十年的风雨以后，于2005年1月正式在法国成功上市，截止到2005年底总资达到三千二百万欧元（合3。2亿人民币）。目前除了在法国国内的4家工厂外，还在罗马尼亚，俄罗斯设有分厂，在西班牙，巴西，加拿大，越南及中国设有办事处。
